Who we are

Busy Drones Cleaners LLC ("Busy Drones," "we," "us," "our") is a Yuma, Arizona–based exterior cleaning service operating across Arizona and Southern California. This policy explains what information we collect through busydronescleaners.biz, how we use it, and how to contact us about it.

Information you give us

When you submit our quote form we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, and the service you selected. The email field on the post-submission confirmation is optional. We never require email to receive a quote.

When you call us, text us, or email us directly, we keep a record of that contact for the purpose of answering and following up on the request.

Text messages (SMS)

When you give us your mobile number through our quote form, by calling or texting 928-509-0360, or when booking a service — you may receive text messages from Busy Drones Cleaners about your request and your service. We send these through Jobber, our scheduling and customer communication platform. These messages can include:

How to stop text messages

Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and we won't text you again unless you ask us to. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 928-509-0360 or john@busydronescleaners.biz.

Message frequency varies with your request and upcoming appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Receiving texts is never a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing service — opting out doesn't affect your service, and you can always reach us by phone or email instead.

We do not sell, or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with service providers, such as Jobber, that deliver messages on our behalf.

AI assistant for calls and texts

When you call or text 928-509-0360, your first response may come from an AI-powered virtual assistant rather than a live team member. The assistant identifies itself as automated, is provided through Jobber, and is used to collect basic information — your name, phone number, property address or ZIP code, and the service you're interested in — so we can follow up personally. Every AI-handled conversation is reviewed by our team; a real person always handles quoting, scheduling, and the work itself.

Jobber processes the audio and text of these conversations as our service provider, to deliver your information to us — it does not use that data for its own marketing and does not sell it. Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, we record basic visit data so we can understand which pages are useful and which are broken. Specifically, our own analytics records page views, the page you came from, your browser type, an anonymous session identifier (random string stored in your browser session, not personally identifying), and lightweight events like clicking the phone number or submitting the quote form. This data is stored in our Supabase database.

We also use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replays. Clarity captures mouse movement, clicks, and scroll behavior on the site. It does not record what you type into form fields. Microsoft's privacy practices for Clarity are documented at clarity.microsoft.com.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your quote request, schedule service, send appointment confirmations, and follow up on completed work. We use automatically-collected analytics data to improve the website — to understand which pages need work, to fix problems, and to plan content.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Service providers we use

Some companies help us run the site and the business. They handle limited data only to perform their role:

• •Supabase — our database for leads, blog posts, and analytics events.
• •Vercel — our hosting provider; standard server access logs apply.
• •Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session replays as described above.
• •Jobber — provides the AI assistant that answers calls and texts to 928-509-0360, plus scheduling and invoicing. See "AI assistant for calls and texts" above.
• •Resend (planned) — transactional email delivery for quote confirmations and follow-ups.

How long we keep it

Quote submissions and customer records are retained as long as you are an active customer plus a reasonable period for accounting, warranty, and legal compliance — typically up to seven years after the last service.

Analytics events older than 12 months are aggregated and the underlying detail is deleted on a rolling basis.

Cookies and storage

We use minimal cookies and browser storage: an authentication cookie if you sign in to a private dashboard area (Supabase Auth), an analytics session identifier, and any cookies that Microsoft Clarity sets for its heatmap features. You can clear these in your browser at any time. The site works fine without them.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what data we have about you, correct it, or delete it. If you submitted a quote and want it removed, just call or email us — we will delete the lead and any associated notes within 14 business days.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. You can exercise those by contacting us using the details below; we treat all customer requests the same way regardless of state.

Children

Busy Drones Cleaners services are sold to homeowners and businesses. The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we change the "Effective" date at the top. Substantive changes will be summarized at the top of this page so returning visitors can see what changed.
