Acceptance of these terms
By using busydronescleaners.biz, requesting a quote, or hiring Busy Drones Cleaners LLC ("Busy Drones," "we," "us") to perform work, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.
Our services
We provide drone-powered exterior cleaning services across Arizona and Southern California, including solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, roof soft-washing, building exterior washing, parking garage cleaning, and concrete surface cleaning. Specific scope, pricing, and schedule for each engagement are agreed in writing (text, email, or signed proposal) before work begins.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes provided through the website, by phone, or by text are estimates based on the information you provide and any photos shared with us. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described — significantly larger area, harder soiling than apparent, restricted access — we will notify you before proceeding and either revise pricing or will need to cancel the job if a new price can not be agreed upon.
Quotes are honored for 30 days from the date issued. Recurring contracts lock pricing for 24 months from the start date.
Scheduling and access
You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property and any required gate codes, water spigot access, and authorized point-of-contact information. For commercial and HOA properties, you are responsible for notifying tenants, residents, or members in advance where required by lease, governing documents, or local ordinance.
We will text or email a confirmation the day before the scheduled visit. If conditions on arrival prevent safe operation (active weather, locked access, conflicts with other contractors), we will need to reschedule.
Weather and rescheduling
We reschedule for weather that exceeds FAA Part 107 wind/visibility limits or creates unsafe conditions for chemistry or pure-water rinses. Weather-driven reschedules are never billed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may be subject to a trip charge if our crew is already in transit.
Payment
Residential jobs are paid on completion after walkthrough and signoff. Commercial recurring contracts are invoiced monthly with Net 15 or Net 30 terms unless otherwise agreed.
We accept credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfer, and checks. Past-due invoices may accrue a 1.5% monthly late fee. We never collect payment before signoff on a residential job.
Workmanship and re-treatment
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the result of a cleaning, contact us within 7 days of the visit and we will return to address the specific issue at no charge. This guarantee covers visible cleanliness on the surfaces we agreed to clean — it does not cover surfaces excluded from the scope, results that depend on uncontrollable conditions (mineral etching that has progressed past Stage 1 on glass, for example), or recurrence of biological growth (algae, lichen) more than 90 days after a single soft-wash treatment.
Insurance and liability
Busy Drones Cleaners maintains $3,000,000 in general liability insurance and $3,000,000 in aviation liability insurance covering drone operations. Certificates of Insurance are available on request.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, except where higher liability is required by law or by a separately signed agreement. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions documented in our pre-service inspection, by other parties working on the property, or by acts of God (storms, falling debris, wildfire smoke).
Drone operations and FAA compliance
All flights are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified pilots in compliance with applicable regulations, including LAANC authorization for controlled airspace and NOTAM filings where required.
Use of the website
You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, or scrape content for republication. Site content (text, images, layout) is owned by Busy Drones Cleaners LLC or used with permission and is not licensed for reuse without written consent.
Disclaimer
The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the site accurate and operational, but we don't warrant uninterrupted service or that every page is free of errors. We expressly disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services that the parties cannot resolve informally will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Yuma County, Arizona.
Before filing any legal action, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly. Most disputes are resolved with a single phone call.
Changes to these terms
When we update these terms, we change the "Effective" date at the top, and provide a short summary of changes. Continued use of the site or services after a change indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
