You may be talking with AI, not a person

Who provides this service
Our AI call and text assistant is provided through Jobber, a field-service management platform we use to run scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication for our business. Jobber processes the audio and text of these conversations on our behalf, as our service provider, to deliver your information to us. Jobber does not use your information for its own marketing and does not sell it. You can review Jobber's own privacy practices directly at jobber.com.
Message and data rates
If you text with us, message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with the AI assistant and any follow-up from our team. Texting us is never required to request a quote or receive service — you can always call or use the quote form on this site instead.

How to opt out
Texts: reply STOP to any text message at any time to stop receiving texts from our AI assistant or from Busy Drones Cleaners. Reply HELP for help.
Calls: tell the AI assistant "I want to speak to a person" or "opt out," or contact us directly using the information above and ask to be removed from AI-assisted call handling. We will flag your number so future contact routes straight to a human.
Opting out never affects your ability to request a quote or receive service — it only changes who (or what) answers first.
Where this applies
