What Happens From Quote to Clean
Send Photos & ZIP
Text us a few photos of your windows or building. Story height, count, and access notes are all we need to scope the job.
Flat Quote Texted Back
You'll get a per-pane or per-elevation price in writing. No high-pressure sales call. No surprise add-ons on the day-of.
Book a 2-Hour Window
Pick a morning or afternoon block. We'll send a confirmation text the night before with the pilot's name and arrival time.
Pre-Flight & Airspace Check
FAA Part 107 pilot files the flight, sets up the DI water rig, and walks the perimeter so nothing gets sprayed that shouldn't be.
Drone + Pure Water Wash
For high-rise glass: drone with pure DI water rinses sheet-by-sheet. For ground floors: water-fed pole reaches up to 4 stories without ladders.
Inspection & Photos
We do a perimeter walk with you, hand over before/after photos, and only collect payment after you've signed off on the work.
What Your Glass Is Up Against
Generic window cleaners use the same playbook in Seattle as in Yuma. We don't. Here's what we engineer around.
Haboobs
Monsoon dust storms can re-coat clean glass in minutes. Our pure-water finish dries spot-free, so the next storm rinses off instead of caking on.
Hard Water
Sprinkler overspray and untreated tap water etch calcium spots into glass. We rinse with 0 ppm DI water — no minerals left to dry into spots.
UV Damage
Arizona sun bakes detergent residue into the glass surface. We use no soap on the final pass — just purified water, so nothing is left to bake on.
Salt Spray
Coastal SoCal properties from Oceanside to Del Mar fight salt fog daily. We strip salt film without acids that pit glass or damage anodized frames.
Buildings We Clean
If it has windows, we have a rig for it. Don't see your property type? Just ask.
Window Cleaning Questions
Will the drone leave water spots on my windows?+
No. We rinse with 0 ppm deionized water on the final pass. Pure water has no dissolved minerals, so when it air-dries it leaves nothing behind — that's the science behind a streak-free finish without any wiping.
Is drone window cleaning safer than ladders or lifts?+
Significantly. Falls from ladders and scaffolding are the leading cause of injury and fatality in window cleaning. A drone keeps the operator on the ground, removes the need for boom lifts in tight courtyards, and eliminates ladder marks on stucco and gutters.
Can you clean interior windows too?+
Yes. Drones handle the exterior and high-reach exterior elevations. For interiors we use traditional squeegee technique with low-residue solution and microfiber detail. You can book inside-only, outside-only, or both.
Will the FAA let you fly a drone over my house or business?+
In most areas, yes. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and we file the proper authorization through LAANC for any controlled airspace. If you're inside a no-fly zone (near an airport or military base), we'll switch to water-fed pole or boom equipment at the same price.
How do you keep water off my landscaping, patio, and pool?+
We use pure de-ionized water with no soaps or harsh chemicals, which makes our runoff significantly safer for plants, pools, and outdoor surfaces than traditional cleaning methods. We take precautions on every job — tarping delicate plantings, directing runoff away from pool areas, and timing our spraying around wind conditions. That said, we want to be upfront: any exterior cleaning involves water contact with surrounding surfaces, and we can't guarantee zero impact on every plant or finish. If you have particularly sensitive landscaping, rare plants, or a freshly treated pool, let us know during the quote and we'll plan the job accordingly.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?+
For exterior-only service, no — we just need gate codes and water spigot access. For interior work or commercial badged buildings, yes, or you can leave a designated point of contact. We confirm everything by text the day before.
How often should I have my windows cleaned in the desert?+
In Yuma, Phoenix, and inland desert markets we recommend quarterly cleanings, with an additional service after monsoon season. Coastal SoCal properties usually do well on a quarterly to bi-annual schedule depending on salt exposure.
What if it rains right after you clean?+
Honestly, rain on clean glass dries clear because there's nothing on the surface for it to mix with. The streaks people associate with rain come from rain hitting dirty glass. If a freak monsoon dumps mud within 48 hours, call us — we'll come back and re-rinse.
Are you insured for high-rise and commercial work?+
Yes. We carry $2M general liability plus separate $2M aviation liability for drone operations, and we'll send a Certificate of Insurance directly to your property manager or facilities team before the first visit.
Do you offer recurring service contracts for HOAs and property managers?+
Yes. We do quarterly, monthly, and event-driven routes for HOAs, hotels, and Class A office portfolios. Pricing is locked for 12 months, and one phone number reaches the same crew every visit.
Already Up There? Knock It All Out.
Most of our window customers add solar or roof wash to the same visit. Same crew, same drone, one trip charge.
